BFA nominates Game wagon in franchise marketing awards

Game wagon nominated for best online marketing campaign 2015 in the Franchise Marketing Awards 2015

Game wagon a fun and educational entertainment business has this week been recognised in the Franchise Marketing Awards for their campaign to bring computer science education to families in a fun, practical and inspiring way.

“Game wagon lives and breathes customer service, ethics and integrity. It is fantastic for our culture to be recognised by an independent panel of experts, the Awards recognise and reward organisations that have run innovative and effective marketing campaigns and provide exemplary support to their franchisees.” Said John Lilley.

MD of Game wagon John Lilley continued; “To be nominated for our Junior Game Creators campaign is a very proud moment. I’ve worked around the world in different franchised businesses but being recognised for your own work in your own business is hugely rewarding”.

Junior Game Creators has been developed over the past 12 months to include a series of workshops that compliment the new computer science curriculum. It challenges key stage 1 and key stage 2 students to become creators of technology not just users of it. Coding is now part of the national curriculum and Junior Game Creators uses video games as the focus for fun and practical sessions where children can create their own games and learn coding principles at the same.
